Green tea in cookie is absolutely amazing, but what I really love about this recipe by Brittany Angell is that she takes into considering people who are allergic to gluten. When I have to bake for my son’s bake sale, the school requires us to list all ingredients use and to make sure it’s gluten free, so exploring new recipes is often a lot of work. Making the matcha cookies dairy, gluten, and egg free takes away most of the worries parents will have. The cookies themselves taste and look absolutely amazing. Not only is it soft and chewy, it’s healthy! You would think the kids would hate it, but the kids loved them as well as the parents.
